OUR HISTORY

L&P Global Security is a minority-owned business licensed with the State of Texas and registered with SAM and issued a Cage number to perform services for local, state, and federal government agencies. L&P Global Security’s first year operating under business license B06267001 in Texas was 2018, but L&P Global Security’s executive staff has operated in Texas under company license numbers B06713 (Dallas Security Enforcement Agency), B08304 (Worldwide Security Services Corporation), and a Security Training Academy F00715 (Dallas Security Enforcement Agency Training Academy). These businesses operated in 3 countries and several states. They were sold to Centerland Security, Inc.

L&P Global Security may be a new licensee in Texas, but its management brings over 38 years of law enforcement and security experience.

Our administrative management team has been responsible for the overall business operations of all divisions of the corporations mentioned above. This includes two training academies, two international guard and patrol service companies, international police and security instructions, and personal protection services to individuals, US & foreign diplomats, and foreign heads of state. Our president is currently a commission reserve police officer and instructor in Texas and a DSO with the U.S. Marshal Service and the U.S. Department of Justice.
